Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations arising from the purchase of goods between customers (the Customer) and Rongabutiik OÜ (trading as Ravenoddity) through our online store.

By registering as a user and/or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to the rights and obligations set out in applicable Estonian and EU law.

Rongabutiik OÜ reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and product prices. Any changes will be published on our website.

Formation of Contract

Rongabutiik OÜ sells and the Customer purchases products available in our online store.

A sales contract between Rongabutiik OÜ and the Customer comes into force when payment for the order confirmation amount has been received in full in Rongabutiik OÜ's bank account.

By placing and paying for an order, the Customer confirms they have read these Terms and Conditions and agree to them.

Prices

All prices in our online store are in euros and include Estonian VAT at 24%.

Rongabutiik OÜ reserves the right to adjust prices. If a Customer submitted their order before a price change came into effect, the price shown on the order confirmation at the time of purchase applies. The Customer is not entitled to claim compensation for any price difference.

Customers outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, customs fees or local taxes levied by their country. These charges are the Customer's responsibility and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering.

Placing an Order and Payment

To order from our store, add your chosen items to the cart and proceed to checkout. Review the items, quantities and prices in your cart. Select a delivery method and fill in the required fields. Choose your payment method and submit your order.

After completing payment, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Please retain this as proof of purchase.

Payment Methods

Orders can be paid securely using:

• Estonian bank links (Swedbank, SEB, LHV, Luminor, Coop Pank, etc.)
• Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
• Apple Pay and Google Pay

Payment is processed outside our store in the secure payment environment of Montonio Finance OÜ. The seller does not have access to your bank or card details. All transactions are in euros.

Delivery

After the sales contract comes into force, Rongabutiik OÜ will prepare and dispatch your order to our logistics partners.

We ship from Estonia. Estimated delivery times are from the date of dispatch.

Delivery options within Estonia:

International shipping is available. Prices and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on your delivery country. International orders may take 5–14 business days depending on destination and carrier.

Free shipping may be offered on orders above a certain value. Any such threshold will be displayed at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, carrier delays or circumstances outside our control.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Under EU Consumer Rights Directive and the Estonian Law of Obligations Act (§ 56(1)), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, notify us within 14 days of receipt by sending an email to info@rongabutiik.ee stating your intention to return the item(s).

Conditions for return:

• Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
• The Customer bears the cost of return shipping, except where the item is defective or does not match the order.
• Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving your return request, provided the goods are returned or evidence of return is provided.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:

The 14-day return right does not apply to:

• Goods made to the Customer's specifications or clearly personalised (including made-to-order spoon rings sized to your measurements).
• Goods which, by their nature, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once unsealed (such as earrings, if the hygiene seal has been removed).

If you are unsure whether your specific item is eligible for return, please contact us before purchasing.

Complaints and Warranty

You have the right to submit a complaint within 2 years of purchase for goods that do not conform to the contract. Please submit complaints by email to info@rongabutiik.ee with a description of the issue and, where possible, photographs.

Rongabutiik OÜ is not liable for defects resulting from misuse of the product or normal wear and tear.

We aim to respond to all complaints within 14 days.

If we are unable to resolve a dispute directly, you may contact:

• A court of competent jurisdiction in Estonia or your country of residence, as applicable under EU law.

Liability and Force Majeure

Rongabutiik OÜ is not liable for damages caused by circumstances the company could not have foreseen or prevented (force majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government action or carrier failure beyond our control.

Privacy

By using our website, the Customer consents to the processing of their personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. EU consumers retain all rights granted under applicable EU consumer protection law regardless of this choice of law.

Other Terms

Disputes will first be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, Customers have the right to contact the Estonian Consumer Protection Authority or a court of law.

Rongabutiik OÜ reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock unavailability. In such cases, any payment received will be refunded in full.
