Shipping Information

All Orders

All orders are dispatched from Tallinn, Estonia. We ship to Estonia and 16 countries across Europe.

Processing Time

Orders are typically prepared and handed to our shipping partner within 1–3 business days of payment being confirmed. Made-to-order items (such as spoon rings sized to your measurements) may take an additional 2–3 business days before dispatch.

You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order leaves us.

Shipping Within Estonia

We offer several parcel machine options for domestic delivery. You will choose your preferred carrier and pickup point at checkout.

You will receive an SMS notification when your parcel arrives at your chosen pickup point. Parcels are typically held for 7 days.

International Shipping

We ship internationally via the Montonio International Shipping network, which gives us access to major European carriers including DPD, Omniva, and SmartPost without requiring separate contracts. This allows us to offer reliable tracked shipping across Europe at reasonable rates.

For most countries in our network, delivery is to a parcel machine or pickup point near you. You will choose your preferred pickup location at checkout. For countries not covered by the parcel machine network (currently Portugal), delivery is by courier to your door.

The exact shipping cost and available delivery options for your address will be shown at checkout. Prices shown above are indicative ranges. Portugal is currently served by courier only as it falls outside the Montonio parcel machine network.

Tracking

All orders include tracking. You will receive your tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. You can follow your parcel directly on the carrier's website using this number.

Customs and Import Duties

All orders ship from Estonia, which is within the European Union. For customers in EU member states, no customs duties apply.

For customers outside the EU (if applicable in the future), import duties, VAT or local taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@rongabutiik.ee with your order number and tracking information. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, or force majeure events.
