Symbology

The pentagram is one of the oldest protective symbols in human culture. Its five points represent the five elements: earth, air, fire, water and spirit. In Wiccan and pagan traditions it is a symbol of protection, balance and the integration of all forces. The bird skull carries two meanings at once: the freedom and transcendence of a creature that lives above the earth, and the honest acknowledgment of mortality. It is transition, the movement between states.
