Symbology

The triquetra is an ancient Celtic symbol of three interconnected parts. It has been interpreted as the trinity of body, mind and spirit; the three phases of the moon; the three realms of earth, sea and sky; and in Christian tradition as the Holy Trinity. Its continuous line has no beginning and no end. The snake is transformation and renewal, the creature that sheds its old form and begins again. It stands for the cycle of death and rebirth, healing and inner growth.
